myTXPOST Virtual Community

TXPOST’s virtual community, myTXPOST, is a free online portal where TXPOST shares statewide advocacy and quality improvement tools as well as research, programming, and capacity building resources. It is also a platform for the Texas OST field to connect, share experiences, and learn from each other. Over time, myTXPOST will become a hub for quality improvement work across the state, where cohorts of OST practitioners can set improvement goals, measure growth, and quantify impact.

myTXPOST provides you with instant access to information, tools, resources, and other OST professionals to support your program’s capacity building and continuous quality improvement. Within the community, you will find:

  • Discussion groups to engage with and learn from OST peers and mentors
  • Research/reports, professional development opportunities, and program opportunities, curriculum, and resources
  • Statewide news, legislative updates, and advocacy tools
  • Funding opportunities and operational support, such as COVID-19 resources

myTXPOST is a dynamic platform that we are continuously updating and expanding to best serve the field. We encourage you to email us to share any feedback on current content and to let us know what else would be most useful to you.

myTXPOST registration is open to all professionals within organizations that currently operate or provide operational support or administration for an out of school time program in Texas.
